According to your plan your pricing will increase for a 1-year plan you have to pay around 1300 but they also have some pros like their customer is very good for Indians because they provide Hindi call support in India and their payment options are also good we can use payment methods like UPI and google pay.
But I will not recommend this site for beginners because it's expensive and they add too many services like website builder etc while you will check out and that also you have to pay.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare is a very popular site for free SSL and free CDN and they also provide domains, they provide you domain names for free means that they don't charge money for domains but they charge money for ICANN and wholesale registry.
But there are some problems with Cloudflare you have to first buy a domain and then you have to transfer it to Cloudflare, your website must have to use a Cloudflare service before transferring your domain to Cloudflare.
And after that you cannot remove your website from Cloudflare you must have to use all those Cloudflare services on your website including the domain name also, there is a major problem if you are migrating your hosting then you have to change the DNS records and this feature of migrating hosting is not for the free users in Cloudflare and they also don't provide any live chat support for domains.
And I will recommend Cloudflare for expert web developers only who are experienced in web development and know how to make their sites live in Cloudflare.
PorkBun
PorkBun is a very good site for buying domains they provide one of the cheapest domains. I also liked that they provide free WHOIS support and international payment methods. The customer support of this site is also good they provide 24/7 live chat support. The interface of this site is also good.
And I will recommend this site for all beginners, immediate, experts all web developers, and those who want to buy a cheap domain with a free WHOIS guard and are using international payment methods.

Dynadot is a very good site for beginners because they provide domains at a cheap price. They also don't charge tax and the WHOIS guard is also free here they also don't add too many services to buy while checking out.
The customer support is also good 24/7 live chat support and the interface of the site is also good and it's very easy to use for beginners. And I want to recommend this site for beginners because it's very easy to use and provides cheap domains which are perfect for those who are new in this web development field.
But there is only one problem there is a lack of support guides. So if you don't want a site with good support guides then go for some other websites like PorkBun or Namecheap

You have to buy the domains with international credit or debit cards only. And this site is a very good site for beginners but if you are an Indian user then you can go for some other sites like GoDaddy.

In my recommendation, if you are a beginner and you want a cheap domain then you must go with Namecheap but if you are an Indian user and you have money to spend then you must go with Goddady due to their excellent support for Indian users. But if want a cheap domain and if you are an Indian user and you don't have too much money to spend then you should prefer hosting.
