Front end development

Front-end development is used to create interfaces of websites that users see like the navbar, header, footer, and the whole web page. They have to create the mockup of the web page, they have to design the page using HTML, CSS, and JavaScipt and more their different categories in front end development like web page designer, UI, and UX designer, and more. In UI designing the designer has to create the mockup of a web page using some popular tools like Figma, Adobe XD. If you want to know about the most popular UI designing tools then you can visit this post link. The full form of UI means User Interface and in UX designing the designer has to decide how beautiful the design looks they also provide suggestions. For example, this button will look more beautiful if we add a border to it, etc. The full form of UX is User Experience. In simple words, a front-end developer is the one who focuses on the design and the looks of the web page. Some of the popular frameworks and libraries that front end developer use are -
  • jQuery or React (library)
  • Angular or Vue JS (framework)
  • Tailwind CSS (framework) or Bootstrap 4 or 5 (library)

Advantages of frontend development

  • Secured
  • Speedy development
  • Easy to learn
  • Good for attracting users' for more sales

Disadvantages of frontend development

  • Can only be used to create static websites
  • Code Inflation
  • Higher Supply than demand
  • New Version

Back end development

Back-end development is used to build a connection with the database to store users' data like name, password, email, etc using PHP, Node JS, and Python, etc which are also some of the popular back-end languages. For Example - If you have a contact form then for sending the users' data into the database you have to create a connection between them which comes under back-end development. In simple words, a backend developer focuses on making connections with the database. And if you also want a post on why data is so important then comment I will surely make a post on it. Some of the popular back-end frameworks are -
  • Laravel (PHP framework)
  • Express JS (Node JS framework)

Advantages of backend development

  • Cost
  • Better output in less time
  • Development Speed
  • Good for more interactions with users'

Disadvantages of backend development

  • Security issues
  • Less control
  • Limited count operations
  • No personalized automated operations
And there are more advantages and disadvantages of both front end developer but this is some of the major advantages and disadvantages of both of them.

Conclusion

In conclusion, both of them are good and important for creating a website and getting higher sales but in conclusion backend development is better because backend developer's get higher salaries compared to front end developers because front end developers' use coding languages which are easier while backend developers do programming which is much harder than coding. That's why they are highly paid and also frontend development has a higher supply compared to backend developers due to this there will be much more work in backend development in both freelancing and a normal full-time job and the competition will also be less compared to the competition in frontend development.
