And Canva is the best graphic designing tool after photoshop you can do logo designing, poster designing and a lot of designing you can do with this tool and personally I am also using this tool to edit photos for my websites. In it's free version you can use only some elements or templates but they provide a good amount of templates and elements in their free version. So, it will be sufficient for your designing. And It has all the basic features like uploading images, if you don't have a lot of experience in graphic designing then you can use their free templates and you can the choose the size of the image, you can change the color of some elements but the best thing that I like about Canva is that it's very easy to use and it's UI is very beautiful and you can also create videos using this tool and more features are there. This is also a free graphic designing tool and this is a little bit same like photoshop it's also has some similar features like photoshop and as it's online then you don't have to download it you only have to login and then start your work and it also provides a variety of brushes for editing you images, you can upload and save images online only and you can also download the images these are some basic features like other graphic designing tools and they also preview ads it's not annoying but they only show an add banner at the right of the screen but it's completely OK for a free tool and it doesn't have a paid version yet it's completely free you don't have to pay a penny for using any tool. And this tool also has a android app like Canva

PicsArt is also a very good graphic designing tool like Canva And PhotoPea and it has two plans one is a free plan and the other one is the gold plan, the price of the gold plan is $4.66/mo and $55.99 billed annually  and if you want to try their gold plan, then you can use it for 7 days as a trial for free, they also provides a lot of features in their free plan like their easy to use and beautiful UI compared to PhotoPea and it has all the basic features like PhotoPea and Canva. Some of it's basic features like you can change the background of the image, create overlays, use pencils and brush to draw lines and more features are there and you can also edit videos with this tool with their free plan only and it also has a android app.

And if you want to use photoshop for free then you can also use their android app on your mobile phone for editing images it's called as Photoshop Express and for windows you can download it from Microsoft Store or from any other app
