WordPress vs Custom coding using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL

WordPress is a very easy to use and an amazing website builder to create beautiful websites and blogs but custom is coding is a better choice because if you are freelancer and your client want some specific designs or he want any additional functionality in website then you cannot do that using WordPress and there is also a reason to choose custom coding is that WordPress is a platform and it has both paid and free plugins but most of the plugins are paid and that's why if you are a beginner and you want to add any premium functionality then you have to pay for that but if we talk about selling themes or plugins as a side income using WordPress then you can sell it by creating your own theme or plugin but for that you have to learn HTML, CSS, JS and more libraries like Bootstrap, jQuery etc and you can also choose any other platform to sell themes and plugins like themeforest or Creative Market both of them are good but it is very diffcult to take approval for a theme in both of them and if you are creating a website and you want that the backend should have a database of MySQL then for that also you havr to learn custom coding you although you have to use the default theme only but the backend and database will be created from PHP and MySQL and that's also come under custom coding.

Custom Coding 

Custom coding is quiet difficult to learn compared to WordPress because you have to learn HTML, CSS, JS and other languages and libraries which takes more time compared to learning WordPress but learning custom coding is very good for creating amazing websites like if you learn custom coding then you are not dependent on a plugin or a theme you can create anything using your coding skills and also a good thing about custom coding is that you don't have to pay for custom coding because as I have mentioned before most of the WordPress plugins and themes are paid but as you are making website using your knowledge and creativity you don't have to pay for creating websites and even you can sell them as WordPress using Themeforest or Creative market and if you want a post of this topic then comment in the comment section. Conclusion: Which is Better: According to me Custom coding and WordPress both are better because both are used to make websites and both have their pros and cons but when do you need WordPress or custom coding here is the answer WordPress is good when you don't have time and you want to create website in less time or you want to make a blog etc and custom coding is good when you want to make website which has a lot of features, you don't want to spend money and want to learn HTML, CSS, JS and more or you are creating a very useful website that is not created yet. Both of them have demand in freelancing and jobs are also available for both of them.
